Lyn was great and easy to work with. She took care of everything from start to finish, explained every step along the way, and had great partners working with her (to help stage my condo, paint, and take care of the legal work). She priced it appropriately and we were able to get it sold relatively quickly. Would definitely recommend her and use her in future purchases/sales.

It was a true pleasure working with Realtor Lyn Harvie on the purchase of a Lincoln Park condo this summer. Lyn is the best!! She helped my find my first Condo when I moved to Chicago from overseas and had no idea about the city at all. She took the time to show me around, find the perfect neighborhood for me and negotiated a great deal. She made the whole process so easy. She recently just helped me sell my Condo with the same ease! 110% I would recommend Lyn.
