Stephanie is an absolute rock star! As a 1st time homebuyer, she helped make the process far less stressful. She works hard to continue to maintain a relationship with you after you complete the homebuying process by checking in, sending consistent homeowner advice, doing a yearly gingerbread contest with her clients, and congratulating you on yearly home ownership milestones. She even recently helped identify opportunities for her clients (including me) to get money back on their property taxes! From my perspective, she goes above and beyond and is someone you can trust to work with. She has a wealth of knowledge and can't recommend her enough to work with her if you're looking to buy!

The homebuying process is stressful and exhausting no matter what, but Stephanie made it easier for me when I recently purchased a condo in Chicago. There had been ups and downs throughout my search for the right home, she was always there for me answering all my questions and giving me straight honest opinions when I had any doubts and second-guesses. She is smart and savvy with professional knowledge as well as common sense. (Common sense really goes a long way!) With her years of experience, she knows the market and the business very well. She was able to provide me with different options, scenarios, and creative solutions to any situation, which was so invaluable. I learned a lot from her, and she really made the whole process less daunting! She also has a great team working with her. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable, and guided me through every step.

I cant say enough great things about working with Stephanie! She helped me find the perfect condo 11 years ago, as well as helping me sell it when it was time to find somewhere bigger. On top of being a lovely person, she really listens to her clients, and treats you like family. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.
