We initially talked to Rosie about selling our family home about 3 years prior to when we finally decided to list. It was a sensitive listing because it was a home in our family for 3 decades and we werent sure if we were going to sell or remodel. There was never any pressure from her to list any sooner than when we were actually ready. So when I called her back 3 years later she knew it was time. Rosie walked us through each step of the process, ensuring wed be ready to put our best foot forward for our pictures and open house. Within minutes we received our first offer and quickly received several others. Though overwhelming, Rosie talked us through the pros and cons of each offer helping us to decide which was best for us. Along the way there were hiccups and a potential deal breaker but Rosie went above and beyond connecting us to the right people to get us what we needed exactly when we needed it. She was always two steps ahead of me and taking care of things before I even needed to ask her to do so. I really could not have asked for a better realtor. We dont ever plan on leaving our home but in the slight chance we do well definitely be using Rosie again. Well also be sending her all the referrals.

We've been through the full gamut of the real estate cycle with Rosemary - buying, selling and buying (again!) and each time we've been thoroughly impressed with the amount of care, compassion and deep understanding of our needs she's displayed when helping us with each home transition. I honestly wish I could by MORE homes just to have more experiences like with her. She's detail oriented, focused and, one of my favorite aspects, kind. I cannot recommend her enough. She is top tier and if I ever have to purchase another home, she's who I will call first.

Where do I start? Rose is a gem! My husband and I worked with Rose to purchase our first home during covid. Rose walked us through every step of the way. Explaining every question and listening to all of our thoughts and concerns. A couple years later we decided to list our home and move out of state. She took a stressful situation and yet again, walked us through it and supported us through every moment. Rose is the absolute best so if youre looking for a realtor to represent you.. Rose is it!
