Came to look at a house in Morton Grove as we are looking to leave the city. This lady instantly began profiling us, telling us to hold our kids over and over again. She was very rude, like we didn't even step into the house before all this happened lol. Walked right out. Good luck to the homeowner.

Yvonne is a top-notch expert who knows the far north side (esp. Rogers Parks and Evanston) community like no others! As a local resident, she knows the history and trends of each block and can tailor the house search to one's needs. Like others have commented, Yvonne's skills and knowledge are truly outstanding. But we all know how important to have an agent you can TRUST. Here Yvonne really shines as an awesome professional and human being. When I set out looking for a 2-bed condo in 2016, I was overwhelmed as a first time buyer who just moved to the area. I did extensive research and talked with a few agents. But when I met Yvonne I immediately knew I could count on her. She's warm, smart, open minded, detail-oriented, and down to earth. With a great sense of humor, she tells it like it is. She was attentive to my personal needs and my goals, and then worked really hard to find the best fit for me, even during holidays. She truly had my back and accommodated my often difficult schedule. She helped me sealed a deal in a competitive bidding within my price range. Six months into the condo, I truly love the place and am happy and grateful for what Yvonne did. I highly recommend Yvonne!

We bought a 1 bedroom condo with Yvonne in 2008 and then hired her to sell it for us last year. She was able to bring us an offer we accepted and then she helped us buy a great home in Skokie. Throughout the time we worked with Yvonne, she showed great insight and admirable ethics. She doesn't work with both parties in any sale, only with one or the other, so we knew she had our best interests at heart. She is a brilliant negotiator and we now consider her a friend as well. We would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in Chicago and the north suburbs.
