        Waiters arent attentive. Order through a QR code on the table. Omelette was mediocre. Hashed potatoes were very dry. $4 for Soft drinks. $16.99 For Omelette.

        Pretty bad. It had been a long time since I was last here. This recent trip was pretty bad. I was sat too close to a garbage can at a sticky table. Fine. The wait staff seemed inconvenienced, at best. Soft drinks were under poured, garnish was floating in the beer, and the food was blah. Hard to imagine they could miss with chicken sandwich and fries but that was also disappointing.

        ABSOLUTELY appalled with this franchise. Not allowing your employee's and customer the delight of in person ordering and interaction is horrendous and demoralizing. Our waitress/bus person was running today and had zero time to even have a conversation with us. Let alone help us order with the hideous online order system that this SIT DOWN RESTAURANT is using:( 1 star for service, but not because she didn't do an amazing job of this GONGSHOW of an ordering system you have set up here, but because we will never darken the doorway again if this way of ordering doesn't go back to in person. Also, this was put in place we were told because of covid...but if you look at the pic...we are way closer than the actual covid distancing rule. ZERO PRIVACY OR EVEN ROOM TO PUT OUR BAGS without invading out neighbors.
