Highly recommend Janeen as she is so nice! I recently moved to a condo building but my landlord has no parking space in the building. I searched everywhere on the internet but had no luck finding a spot. Janeen is the listing agent of a unit in that building and I sent her an email to see whether her client is interested in renting out the parking separately. By no means this is her best interest and should help me at all. In fact I contacted a couple of agents and received no responses for half of them. At the end of the day, this worked out and Janeen helped me connected with her client for renting the parking space!

I highly recommend working with Janeen. She helped my son find a great apartment in under one week given he was starting a new job on short notice. To make matters worse, we live out of state . She helped make the whole process as stress free as possible.

I just purchased my first home and Janeen from the day the contract was written did absolutely everything to make the process smooth and stress free. This was especially important because I lived out of state at the time. For the inspection she did a virtual one to accommodate me. She even took the time to meet my painters since I wasnt there. I truly cant say enough about Janeen. She also recommended an amazing mortgage company. Both made it possible for me to get truly my dream home!!! Highly highly recommend.

This review is for Janeen Hayes- real state agent in the south loop Chicago. Janeen made the experience of buying our first home a lot less scary than we thought it would be. From giving us fantastic advice during negotiation, to fascilitating paperwork, to accomodating to last minute requests. She is professional, accountable, and knowledgeable (especially here in the south loop area). She was also very sensitive to our hesitations to comit during the different steps of the process and flexible to our desires - like choosing our own inspector etc. In the end we got our dream home and the experience couldnt have been less hassle free thanks to Janeen
