My fiance and I are extremely happy we decided to use Ryan Harmon as our realtor to purchase our first home! From start to finish, Ryan was there to answer any questions that we had. On day one, he met with us to discuss the home buying process, what our realistic budget was based on what we wanted, and everything in between. Working with Brendan made the selling process super easy and smooth. Communication was always top notch and there wasnt a time Brendan wasnt available to answer our questions or help. I recently worked with Sara Olvera and recommend it to everyone. Sara is knowledgeable and resourceful; she walked me through the entire process as a first time homebuyer, and she explained things to me, sometimes more than once, in a helpful way. When I found a home that I loved, I considered walking away because of the current rates, but Sara found a government grant program that my home qualified for, and she was able to find me an excellent rate. Now I can say I am in my dream condo because of Sara! All of her recommendations: her mortgage lender, attorney, home inspector.. they were all EXCELLENT! I cannot recommend Sara enough. Lastly, when you're spending so much time with your real estate agent over several months, it helps when they are someone you genuinely enjoy with a wonderful personality. Thank you Sara!
