Ume Tea Chicago

Order fill speed was way too slow. Came on a Monday evening and just ordered one tea. Took over 40 minutes and still did not receive. Store is packed. I would not return.

Love the atmosphere, super cute and pink. Drinks were sooo good such as the matcha with fresh Strawberries. The only note I would say is when the lady called my order she only put out 1 drink. I ask her "which drink is this one?" Since I got multiple drinks. She re-yelled my name and I kindly just took it and figured it out myself. Overall it's a super cute and quick place.

Honestly I'd give this a higher rating if it wasn't for how long they take. It's definitely a busy place, however not busy enough for how long they take. it's soooooooo slow to get drinks out, I had to wait almost an hr for 2 drinks. And that was after I asked them about it twice. They kept "saying oh it's being made now". They are a bit on the pricey side too, they do have the mystery plushie cup which I like. But not worth buying all the time.

The best boba shop in town! So many options, and staffs are so friendly and patient. I recommend their oolong milk tea (its soo authentic and good, Im tellin you), and grape slush with non alcoholic beer. Fruit tea and coconut watermelon slush also very nice too! You can also adjust sugar level, ice level etc. My personal fav tea spot for sure
