Big City Chicken

Worst food I ever had! Chicken strips are super dry, definitely made from old chicken, tater tots, and fries are kind of rotten-smelly. The only good thing was Pepsi, which they didnt make. Make sure to check your packet before leaving the counter, they missed my $13 chicken strip and gave $5 tots, had to walk back to change! Overall, a negative value for money!!

Three of us got meals and we have no idea why it has low ratings. It was very good and we saw many people eating it as we walked Terminal B. Go get some.

I never got to try the food because the lady behind the counter on April 4th at 9 pm told me I was wasting my time trying to order at the counter instead of the kiosk. I stood there for a good 15 minutes before she even acknowledged me. I told her I wanted cheese fries and she tells me I couldve ordered that at the kiosk. I looked on the kiosk and it wasnt available, so she asks her fellow employee who tells her its not on the kiosk to order. No apology from her at all. The attitude I received from her made me leave. No one deserves to be treated like that.

The lady at the front with the red hair had an attitude ask her for her name she said lil boy get out my face, I order two sandwiches one with sausage and egg and one with chicken egg and cheese the chicken sandwich was not placed in my bag so I walked all the way back and told her she said thats what your complaining about then gave me a chicken to place in the sandwich after saying Im making a big deal out of lol things as if a chicken sandwich without chicken isnt a big deal this was the worst way I couldve been welcomed into Chicago

Deserves higher than a 1.9 rating. Yes, the prices are high. But hey, youre at the airport. Despite a long line they worked hard to get the food out. We didnt wait too long. Tasty chicken sandwiches and fries. Great for a quick layover.
