First time home buyer. Susie and Natalie were amazing throughout the whole home buying process. We had talked to a few realtors before we met Susie, and after 1 meeting, we knew we wanted to work with her...and we weren't disappointed. Susie and Natalie taught us about the whole process, showed us red flags and things to look for, and never pressured us to make a purchase. I have been a client of Susie since my starter home through upgrading to bigger homes, and investment properties. It is hard to believe but over the years she has only gotten better and more dedicated to giving her clients the highest lever of expertise and customer service! She does make you feel as if you're her only client - fast response times, learning your style and sending appropriate listings - even though the truth is, she's very busy because she's so good at what she does. The last home she sold for me sold in 1 day for top dollar (I have friends who are also experienced brokers who told me they were shocked I sold so fast for such a high price!). She knows how to get your home ready to sell and she knows how to find the new property that is "just right" for you!

She put us at ease throughout the entire process, answering our questions, but also anticipating what we would need. Susie is the best in the business. She will go to bat for you, she will use her keen eye to spot anything that isnt just right at the homes you view and help you understand what youd be getting yourself into, and she will make you feel as if youre her only client - fast response times, learning your style and sending appropriate listings - even though the truth is, shes very busy because shes so good at what she does. Youd be lucky to work with her, and I guarantee youd learn a thing or two about home ownership from her expertise.
