I cannot speak more highly of our experience working with Andrew - he was always incredibly prompt at answering questions & booking showings. After just a few weeks of looking we landed on the perfect apartment, within our price range. Andrew was available via both text & email, created helpful Google docs to manage the properties we were interested in, and would send us videos we could watch of the properties since we are from out of state and needed to tour virtually. If you are considering getting a real estate agent to help you find a rental, work with Andrew!!

Fantastic broker. Helped us secure a discount, a lease duration/timing that fit our needs, and showed us two properties (one of which we moved on immediately) the same-day as I requested and with incredible knowledgeability.

We are so glad that we have come across Andrew when we started looking for a new house/apartment to live in. Andrew made a great first impression, but what impressed us even more is his knowledge of the real estate market and his dedication to his clients. Honestly, we did not really know much about what we were looking for in the beginning except for an approximate location and a soft budget. We learned a lot from him on those trips he took us to see properties. We are sorry to say that we probably took too much of his time (he showed us more than a dozen properties, many over the weekend to fit our schedules) but we are so happy that we eventually found the perfect property that we would like to live in. Andrew said its fine for him to show us as many properties as we would like to see because he loves properties. We totally believed him because we could tell that when we were seeing properties, for example, once we saw him taking out those unwanted weeds in a backyard of a house that he was showing us: while we were busying talking with the other agent of the property owner, Andrew started cleaning the backyard and pulling those weeds that were fast growing from cracks on the paved area of the back yard. We were sure if he were the agent of the property owner, he probably would make that property more valuable (and we would end up paying more :). We are so happy hes our agent instead. After everything was done and we have been living in our new home for about a month, Andrew surprised us again by sending us an email asking if we were happy with our new home and if theres anything he could do to help us. We absolutely did not expect that: we thought our business with Andrew was over and he would not waste any time with us again. But no, he sent us another email asking us if we were happy! We really appreciated that and he did help us with some minor issues we found in the house after we moved in. We were asked by other people what we liked most while searching for a new home, we said that we liked our agent most! Its true at that time and its still true today. Thank you, Andrew!

Apartment hunting in Chicago is rarely a breeze, but thanks to Andrew, our experience was enjoyable. From the beginning, he was attentive to our preferences and showed us properties that were in line with what we wanted. He's personable, knowledgeable, a great advocate, and overall just a pleasure to work with. Thankful for all his help! Definitely would recommend to anyone seeking to rent or purchase a home in the future.
