        I don't think it's the people in the store. I think it is the White Castle order entry setup/system. My observation of the people is that they are diligently attempting to deliver my order as I requested, but the system makes the customization of a slider too difficult. I contacted White Castle corporate on several occasions and invited them to discuss my experience, but they have yet to respond. I have tried several different ways of presenting my order at numerous locations, and nothing seems to help. Clearly, something about the White Castle system of order entry challenges their employees' ability to get my order right without raising my stress level and requiring that I check my order at the drive-thru before pulling off. Thank you to the employees at the location. They're doing a yeoman's job. And, again, if anybody at the corporate office reads this, how about a response?
