I went there with my kids and order a tea. That went fine. While sitting, my toddler wanted a water. I went through the menu and it did not mention water for sale. I then, asked for a water. The lady who gave me a i asked for the water acted as though I thought she spoke no English. I repeated my self. I asked, did you hear me? She said "I hesitated". Then she asked if I'm going go ask for more water. I said no why, were about to leave. She did add much after that but acted as if I did not belong there. Bad experience. Mar 27th, 2024

The tea is quite nice but the jianbing is a bit off the mark. It's really not the same as the Chinese breakfast classic I remembered. The team seemed a bit overworked and ignored us for five minutes at the counter. Mar 24th, 2024

The fruit tea i got was not up to par. I'd honestly just not get bubble tea here. I got a Mango drink and it tasted like they used Rose Water? Idk who uses Rose water in a Mango drink but it was not it.

We received tremendous support from our customers, which encouraged us to persevere and not give up. Our tea supply is exclusively sourced from Taiwan. I vividly recall the meticulous process of selecting a tea factory. We sampled various teas repeatedly until we decided to invest in higher-cost options to ensure the best quality. If you've met my husband, the one who insists on making tea by himself in the store, or spoken to him, you'll know how dedicated he is to the quality and flavor of our teas. As we are not a franchise tea shop, it means we have complete control over our quality standards, and each tea on our menu is meticulously curated by him. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts and feedback and want to assure you that we take every tea seriously. We respond thoughtfully to most of customer review, and please you don't judge us solely because we're located in the basement of a mall.I understand that everyone has different tastes, and I apologize that one of our drinks did not meet your expectations.
