        Im so glad I Googled this place about a year ago. Now I come often! The menu is amazing and with so many choices to choose from you can never go wrong. The customer service is exceptional every time I come ! My favorite is the Snickers Shake, Bob Marley and Louis Vuitton just to name a few !

        When I tell you that acai bowl is the BOMB, I couldnt even wait to get home to eat it. The establishment, customer service was PHENOMENAL. These Black Queens didn't drop the ball on not 1 person that walked in the door. From the greetings when you walked in to the smile behind the mask asking what can I get you. They even explained the menu's to me, this was my first time and won't be my last not only was the bowl good but the customer service was TOP NOTCH. I pray that these sisters have much more abundance of favor and to keep that magnificent energy and customer service.

      We’re Intentional Nutrition, and we’ve been a nutrition and shake bar here in Alsip, IL, since 2021. We specialize in fresh juices, protein shakes, smoothies, and also serve energy teas, meal replacements, immunity boosters, and more. We started this business to bring a nutritional option to the community, and we like to say we're trying to change lives one shake at a time. We’re looking forward to adding locations to serve more customers and partnering with Chicago Ridge, Oak Lawn, Midlothian, and the surrounding areas' consumers to change more lives.
