1. He came out to our house multiple times to discuss what we wanted done, and had patience with us even though we continuously changed our mind.2. He started AND finished the job in an extremely timely manner.3. He cut down and trimmed about 10 trees that were over 40 feet tall without ANY damage to our or our neighbors property. We were so nervous about this. 4. They worked hard to clean-up stumps and branches nicely and left our yard as if they were never there.5. He did this all while maneuvering in our narrow yard. 6. His prices are UNBEATABLE.He also stayed in conact regularly to keep us updated. There wasn't a point that we felt like we weren't a priority. The owner's personality comes across tough but the guy goes 40+ feet in the air with a chainsaw in a small bucket... what do you expect? I highly recommend his services.
