This is the worst potbellys in Chicago I hate when I have to verify with Uber to make sure to avoid this Potbellys every time I order from this location my order is messed up and today I received a sandwich with no meat I do not recommend eating here.

Terrible customer service by all employees. Please fire the whole crew. They all always have attitudes and are always talking down to people like they are children. People do not want to come into a business to deal with ghetto women that's probably why this place is always empty.

The food at this location is great, but the customer service from the black woman with the dread locks in her hair was not great. The other black lady was kind. The one with the dreads appears to think that being kind and understanding is above her for some odd reason, and honestly that really sucks for her. Kindness is something that is in you and you can choose to express it regardless of how anybody feels. I was not rude or anything. My voice was quite low when ordering and I couldn't really hear what both women were saying at first. So, I understand the frustration, but there is no need to be mean about it. It's not that deep. To the woman with the dread locks, bless your heart, and I hope you decide one day to extend any kindness you have to people one day. You might just like it.

General Manager has stank attitude, throws around title but doesnt exude what customer service should look like as one. Not tidy/clean behind the counter where soup/ shakes are made. Frequent Hyde park service is better.
