Chicago Waffles

Very nice experience! The food, atmosphere & service was excellent! You could actually have a conversation at your table without having to scream! The food was presented well & tasted great! The mimosas were great as well. I will definitely be returning! Parking: I was able to park on the street, just steps away from the door.

The food was MID. My omelette was cooked hard. I sent it it back and it was runny smh. The waitress never came back to our table my husband still tipped and the bus boy took that so he left another tip I dont have to go back. O, and my husband said it wasnt good and it wasnt bad I tasted his chicken it was a no very cold his waffle was pretty much overcooked hard. I wont be back

Weve come here about four times total and the first time was awesome, so weve taken three different groups back with us. The past two times have not been great; both times, it took us about five minutes for someone to greet our table and no one checked on us or our food once we got it. Potatoes were also lukewarm, but it was busy, so not that big of a deal, just unlike what we experienced before. While in this morning, my husband ordered the huevos rancheros and instead of black beans it came with refried beans. We also ordered (and paid for) a side of jalapeos that never came, but we didnt realize it until after we had left. I ordered the tri quinoa skillet that was supposed to come with black beans and garbanzo beans, and instead came with refried beans as well, which I dont like. Neither of us were warned of that substitution, and because the wrong skillet was brought out to me originally, I didnt want to send it back. It also took about ten minutes to get the waitstaff to come over to show the wrong meal was brought out. Also had to ask someone to refill our waters. In general, the food we had here was good, but I dont think were going to go back because we struggle to get service when we go. Portions are large, though.

Our waiter was great and attentive. The food is nasty, unseasoned, bland and overcooked. Most of our orders were incorrect. I had the steak skillet my eggs were scrambled instead of served as over easy. The meat was scarce and overcooked in the skillet. They messed up my dads skillet as well. My food was brought out last. Overall terrible experience and worse food def wont be back. Im confused over the surplus of good reviews. The cappuccino was good tho.

Ordered a Belgian waffle and paid $4 extra for cinnamon apple and candied walnuts. I got maybe an apple slice and 3 walnuts and it looked like cat vomit. Are you friggin kidding me? Also waited 20 mins longer than what their online ordering system told me for pick up. I walked 5 mins home and the waffle was ice cold. What a joke! This was my first and last time. You should be ashamed!
