S.K.Y.

We had such a great experience at S.K.Y. The service was phenomenal from all the staff that we encountered. The food was delicious (the fried chicken with habanero butter is in my top 3 bites of chicken that I've had at a restaurant). Highly recommend to any and all.

The lobster dumplings are TO DIE FOR. The jade butter is a perfect balance of tangy and rich, which pairs so well with the umami of the lobster juice flowing out of the dumpling when you take a bite. The foie gras bibimbab has good portion but is a little too salty. Would love to come back to try their other dishes on the menu and specials Update: desserts were alright, had the dessert flight and only kind of liked the cheesecake

Amazing place for food adventure and exceptional service. Cocktails are amazing(try the 'trust your bartender' cocktail and let them make you a concoction of their choice)! The kitchen was very well run, always had food plated beautifully and coursed on time! Ate for about 2 hours and loved it. Highly recommend S.K.Y. for an evening of pampered service and delectable dining! Come open one in Austin/Georgetown, TEXAS! Dietary restrictions: The staff asks for any restrictions prior or when you make a reservation. I am pescatarian and they greeted me as such and accommodated my meal completely, even with the Chef's Tasting.
