        i was really enjoying easter brunch until the bill arrived without my reservation deposit being applied to our final bill. the problem here is that Tock, the online reservation system, said my hefty deposit WOULD be applied to my final bill. when the server told me very matter of factly that i would be refunded instead because the deposit is meant to ensure that ppl show up, i was seriously annoyed. well, i showed up. early. so why do you get to keep my money longer than necessary and why aren't you honoring what your reservation system says by applying it to my bill?
