        The food was good. The bill came with 18% service charge! Regardless of how many people in your group. Ours was just 2 people. There was an additional blank line for gratuity with gratuity guidelines underneath. They should have had a sign informing patrons of the automatic "18% service charge" on every check.

      • The POS machine in the store was broken, so we had to wait half an hour for them to repair it, Therefore, we didnt want to tip, and the waitress in the store asked us to tip 20%, which was a very bad experience.
