I Called the office to get clarification of insurance to make sure they accept insurance that my boyfriend had since his insurance change and he had previous started the Baratric program months ago the reception Sean was ruled he could have handled the call a better way instead of rushing through the call and hanging up super fast at least ask if there’s anything else or give the caller a chance to ask a question if needed, not just a long byeeeeee then click.

The services I received from Dr. Nam were superb. Very thorough and extremely well done which is why I gave them 5 stars. The phone system unfortunately, is another matter and receives an "F". When you call, you go on various phone trees and are forced to leave a message after waiting while you listen to their recording--you cannot elect to speak to a human being. Sometimes they get back to you the same day, other times, a few days later. If you miss their call and try to call back, you can expect to wait another day. If you can tolerate the communication system however, you should receive excellent care.
