        The office staff is totally incompetent and never answer the phone. You can leave messages but the person you left the message for is not the one that bothers to return the call. The doctor NEVER calls nor does her primary assistant. You just deal with admin's that know nothing and can't help you. Very disappointing! I will look for another doctor.
