        Went in for normal checkup and they didn't take any vitals (no height, weight, eye/ear check). Doctor said I had "low muscle mass" just by looking at me (5'7", 130lbs, male) and recommended "5 scoops of protein powder a day and lifting weights 5x a week". Doctor said "cash or zelle is best..." to pay the copay. They don't have an online portal so when I got bloodwork done, doctor said "text me in 2-3 days for bloodwork results." When I did, he didn't send a report, just a text back saying I need vit D supplements.

        dont waste your time with this guy, came in for medicine refills and then i find out the man doesnt even practice adhd/add. dont waste your time
