My Mother, who is 96, has had Dr. Surath as her doctor for six years. In that time, she had to beg for each prescription renewal, he demanded to see her every three months, and when he did see her, barely examined her or asked her pertinent questions. He would comment on her outfit, or her jewelry, rather than truly examining her. Recently, when she again had to beg for a renewal of her prescriptions, his office refused until he saw her again. She discovered that he had ceased to have appointments at her place of residence (Brookdale) and had recently moved his office without notifying her. He is a doctor who obviously doesn't care about the welfare of his patients.
