        Dr. Slavick made my life a living hell by treating me for the wrong illness. He then fired me as a patient after my fathers sudden death for missing appointments which I even offered to pay for .I was his patient for many years but that did not matter to him. Dr. Slavick even met my father and knew how close we where because my father took me to my appointment with Dr. Slavick when he injected my jaw, lower neck along with my upper shoulders with Botox. Dr. Slavick and I even traded stock tips and he was so proud to tell me about his daughters $100,000.00 wedding and then he drops me as patient and I did not owe him any money! The worst part of all of this is that I truly trusted him because he was a doctor.

        Besides having a great bedside manner, Dr. Slavick takes you through a very thorough process coupled with years of experience and knowledge. My wife and I went to him to rule out certain neurogenic issues and with absolute certainty. He was correct in his findings as other causes were found for the individual issues we were having. Strongly recommend.

        Dr. Slavick is an exemplary physician. He is very experienced and knowledgeable in the field of Neurology. Because of his medical treatment my issues with chronic pain have improved. He is very attentive and answered all of my questions/concerns. If you have an atypical chronic pain condition I highly recommend you seek his impeccable medical treatment.
