My cousins hired J&J Construction for a rebuild of a 750sq ft, 1bedroom condo & had a ridiculous experience with this company & it's GC Lernie Jones.
Not only was the timeline & scope of work not completed with regards to the contract, not even the 1st 3rd of the work was done after 8months. With over $13,000 down for the finished demo, ruff electric & plumbing, along with ruff inspection to be approved by the city, they are still no closer to being home than they were before the Covid19 outbreak.
The lack of commitment to the project & complete lack of professional conduct was more than disappointing.
