        Worst customer service!! Tired them before and then again to see if anything changed and they are still the worst front desk employees and super rude. Will NEVER go to this massage envy again because of front desk. Plus Im sure that is the reason why they always have available appts.

        Kristina added some oxygenation boost to my facial without explaining that it was $75 and I was expected to pay the new rate of the facial after I left. This place will rip you off! Avoid!

        Consider NOT doing the membership. Unfortunately, I feel they just rob you of monthly membership dues. They increased the price without notification. Its extremely difficult to find an appointment. They dont work with you if you have extra credits and charge you for every little move you make. What is suppose to be a stress free experience has caused more stress than relaxation.
