Julian is outstanding. All his vehicles are luxury and in pristine condition. His drivers are extremely professional and drive very safely. HIs service is infinitely better than Uber yet priced competitively. Fantastic value! Client since 2010. Highly recommended.

I called to intercontinental transportation and spoke with an EXTREMELY rude woman named Victoria. My friends and I were wanting to book a Sprinter for a birthday celebration. I asked her if there would be a driver and her response was “Obviously there would be a driver, we are a transportation company” excuse me?? We called 3 companies prior to this and they did not provide drivers. Why would anyone just ASSUME that, it’s okay to ASK and she was Extremely rude. Even though I was very appalled by her response I still asked her how much it would cost to book the vehicle for the allotted time that we were planning. She gave us a price and assumed that we would not able to afford it “I’m sure that’s not in your budget” we did not HAVE a budget at all, however, we will NOT spend our hard earned money on a place whose employs people that are EXTREMELY rude like her. FYI your company just lost 1,000 dollars at the MINIMUM because of your rude employee!! I can only imagine how much money you have lost having Victoria answer your phones! HIRE BETTER, AND MORE PROFESSIONAL employees!!!

I called them very early in the morning and a lady named Victoria responded. She was very helpful and had the answer to every question I had. I called at 1 am and had requested a pick up at 6 am to O'Hare. The car was on time and clean and the driver was professional. The driver had on a sharp suit and a was very nice and fun to talk to. I travel often for business and will only be using I-CLS only whenever I"m in Chicago. They provide a quality service and the price is affordable.
