        Excellent work New hot water heater was installed. Work was completed in a timely manner. Robert was service man. He explained the work to be performed and went over completed project. His assistant was professional and thorough. Ed, the salesman, offered suggestions for new system and followed up while work was being performed. I would highly recommend Besco and specifically Ed Pfeifer for sales and Robert Szarkiel for service. Very satisfied customer, Bob R.
