David did an outstanding job with the ductwork at our restaurant last week. He was on time, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to explain the process and made sure everything was done correctly. Since the work was completed, we've noticed a significant improvement in the airflow throughout the restaurant, making the environment much more comfortable for our guests and staff. David also kept the work area clean, which we really appreciated. We're very happy with his work and highly recommend him for any HVAC needs!

This is the third time I've relied on David and his team at Universal HVAC Group to handle my HVAC issues. Each time, they've either fixed the problem during the initial visit or returned the next day to resolve it. Scheduling has always been quick and easy. David was excellent. He provided detailed responses to all my questions, carefully itemizing the issues and discussing recommendations. He didn't push for any specific option but clearly outlined what was available. He also brought in a system specialist to evaluate the space, and Leo was great as well! Once I made my choice, they were back the next morning at 8 AM to install the new AC unit.
