The technician at Mercury Heating and Cooling was very friendly and professional. Our furnace stopped working and they came and fixed the problem the same day. They did not charge extra for coming out. Would highly recommend!

I have called on Mercury Heating and Cooling twice and have been completely satisfied by the responsiveness and service provided. My first appointment was for routine maintenance. Joel was professional, completed the job quickly and provided tips on how I can help maintain my unit between service calls. Second call was due to loss of power in half of my home. Joel came out quickly to assess the situation. Within an hour, two circuit breakers were replaced and power was restored.
