Ruben and his team did a great job replacing my HVAC system with a high quality new system. They were able to come out quickly to do the replacement. They were very efficient and knowledgeable. It only took them one day to replace the condenser and air handler. They were conscientious about following the many rules of my condo building (loading/unloading, elevator rules, etc.). I appreciate all of their work!

The whole process with Polar Vortex was effortless and very efficient. Everyone on the team was very knowledgeable and made all the necessary accommodations being in a condo unit. There were several options provided when getting a quote and invoice that were all explained in depth to me. Ill definitely be working with Polar Vortex again and will be recommending them to everyone in my unit.

It was nearly midnight and the temp was -8 outside when our furnace died last night. I thought we were screwed but Ruben answered my call, was at our house within an hour, and restored our heat for a very reasonable price. He explained everything thoroughly, did a great job and was courteous and friendly despite the late hour. Without his help, Im sure wed be dealing with a freezing house and burst pipes this morning! Polar Vortex H&C will be our go-to for all of our HVAC needs from now on. THANK YOU RUBEN!

Ruben is the BEST Heating & Cooling expert I have ever seen! It's a blessing that I found Ruben and had him take care of my heating needs in my condo and then do an incredible job at my auto body shop for my heating problem. I had multiple heating and cooling companies come out and tell me I needed to replace my boiler and cooking fans. I told Ruben about my heating issue and he said to let him diagnose the actual problem. When these other companies spoke of spending $10-20K Ruben replaced some plumbing valves and a pump and solved the problem for less than 10% of the cost that these others wanted, and it's warm as toast in my business, even on the below zero days. This person is worth collecting and keeping because he is a true pro, honest and competitively priced!!
