What a wonderful company and family to work with. On time, friendly, really neat, and quality work at a great price. It's a big deal when you have to buy both the AC and furnace at the same time but the time had come. If you have any question who to call this team is it. I love to use a local and family owned company is up front, honest and provides excellent work. Kudos!

Tech from Gardner Industrial Heating & Cooling just stopped out to provide a spring AC tune up. He was incredibly polite, knowledgeable and upfront about what service we needed today. My favorite part, he wore shoe covers and used a rug to cover the floor when he pulled the attic stairs down. I really appreciate people that respect my property and treat it like their own. I will definitely use them again. Thanks for the great first impression!

We hired this company to replace our 40 gallon hot water heater a week ago. Gave half the money $800.00 up front for them to purchase the tank. They chose to buy a very cheap one that only has a 3 year warranty. We called the manufacturer and requested an extended warranty (we would have paid for this) but was informed that is Not offered on this model. It is only covered for 3 years because it is one of their most inexpensive models. To our surprise the manufacturer informed us that if the purchaser had spent another $40.00 to $60.00 of our money the warranty is 6 years on those tanks. In conclusion we will have to replace this one in 3 years. What a terrible mistake we made using this company. Also it was a very simple install. Very disappointed, Mike & Donna
