My AC went completely out and was unrepairable as confirmed by a few shops. Horizon Heating & Air Conditioning put me in a new high quality unit at a significantly cheaper cost than other companies would for lower quality brands. Guys had smiles on their faces on a 100+ degree day. Could not recommend this company enough. By far the best in the Chicago area

Eric was not only knowledgeable and quickly addressed the issue, but he was patient and took time to help me understand what was going on. The nicest tech Ive ever dealt with in any company. Horizon Heating & Air Conditioning Co. seems more than reasonable and Id definitely recommend them.

Phenomenal company where customer service is a top priority! Nothing worse than waking up to a broken heater in the winter - these are the guys to call! The office was very responsive and had someone out to me ASAP the same day. Jesse and Ken were incredibly helpful and made 100% sure everything was completely fixed and warming before they left. Highly recommend it!

I had an AC issue last night, it was a Saturday night. I contacted the previous AC company I used, but unfortunately they went out of business. I found Horizon Heating and Air Conditioning on and reached out to them on Sunday morning. They were very fast with their responses and communication with me. They had a tech out, within 1-2 hours. He was fantastic. He was courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and it turned out to be an easy fix. I am so happy with this company.
