Blower motor went out on my 89 year old mother in-laws heater, my sister in-law called this clown of a so called business and they said someone will be outnobody showed, next day after numerous phone calls and no answers, finally someone answers and said someone will be out in the morning.nope, finally someone shows up in the afternoon and confirmed that it was a blower motor and they would call later when they got the partnope, never called, third day after numerous calls again the tech says that we need a whole new unit and it would be a few days. This place is garbage, they made sure to hook my sister in-law into joining their club. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! The technician Joseph that came out was extremely courteous and professional and got back to us

The rental business that I rent from contracted Sterling Heating Air Conditioning to install a new AC unit. They were very respectful, professional, and did a good job with installing the unit. They took special care to not track mud into apartment. One service man took off his shoes when coming in apartment. When it came time to do the install, the service men put down floor coverings to protect the carpet. After the install, they took the time to explain about the new thermostat. They were really nice to work with!

Sterling Heating Air Conditioning have installed a new water heater and were excellent and today fixed my furnace. Every one that I have talked to and seen are very professional, knowledgeable and sensitive to my needs. I highly recommend Sterling Heating Air Conditioning company!!

Alan answered all my questions and explained everything clearly. He was able to inform me that the wifi thermostat that I had installed wasn't compatible with my electric baseboards due to the wiring. The only way to turn the wifi thermostat off was by switching the breaker off. This was the reason I called them to come over. Alan installed a compatible thermostat and it works properly. I will use Sterling Heating Air Conditioning for future jobs. They know their work pretty well.

Hired Sterling Heating Air Conditioning last year for my units annual AC and heating maintenance and repair and the units performed well during the snow storm even though I lost propane for a period. I renewed the agreement for 2022 and today they did my heating tune up and repaired a couple of parts. The technician was quick and efficient and Im totally pleased with the service provided.
