This company n its service guys are probably the most professional service people Ive experienced in Id say the 30 plus years Ive been a homeowner. So great to have wonderful black men servicing their community with pride, dignity and knowledgeable service.

My furnace wouldnt stay on after it reached the set temperature for heat. This happened before so I had it cleaned and it worked perfectly after that. The same issue began to happen again so I had a company come out to clean it. Within 5 minutes he told me I needed a new furnace and cleaning it wouldnt make a difference! I asked this company to at least attempt the cleaning first but he refused and quoted me a price of $8,000 for a furnace. I called Mid City to get an 2nd opinion and they came out the same day I called. The technicians worked for about 20-30 minutes (not a quick 5 minute diagnosis) and told me that I just needed a cleaning. They cleaned the furnace and it has been running fine with no issues or concerns. I am so glad I didnt fall for the scare tactics of this other company who went as far as to say I was leaking gas and they would have to turn off my gas line. Thank-you to MidCity for disproving all the lies I was told and saved me $7,700!!!! Mid City was prompt, professional, polite and most importantly, they fixed the issue with a reasonable price. I will DEFINITELY do business with Mid City in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.
