        We got the same room we booked the first time, how fun! Wine hour for the guests was such a happy surprise! Felix, a front desk worker, was very helpful and attentive!

        We stayed here at the suggestion of my nephew for his wedding. Here are the pros and cons of our experience: Pros: - the room was clean, and the beds comfortable. - Although the bathrooms were compact (you need to step inside to close door due to the toilets placement), the shower was spacious. - I could see that the hotel was very accommodating to the wedding party, which was a significant perk. - there is a gym on premises. - mini- fridge in room. - garment steamer in room - this was a God send for our evening gowns. Cons: - Upon arrival, we were informed our reservation had been cancelled by mistake, attributed to a mix-up with a similar name in our party. Despite different credit cards and addresses, this lack of communication was frustrating, especially after our flight and with no immediate reassurance of an available room. - the room was stocked with only two towels despite the reservation being for four adults, which seemed like an oversight. Despite these minor issues, the hotels charm, coupled with its convenient location, coffee bar located in lobby, and nearby restaurants, makes it a place I would stay at again and recommend to others.

        Great spot for a weekend in Chicago. Cinthya is terrific, Nick and Felix are both super friendly and helpful. Pets are welcome, and it was easy access from the Clark/Division Red Line stop. We opted to park at a CTA lot and avoid the crazy Chicago traffic. We would definately recommend staying here! Walkability: Busy neighborhood, as expected in Chicago. Close to the train, restaurants, grocery, etc within a few blocks. Food & drinks: Wine in the lobby from 5-6, worth staying just for that!
