    Hotel very well located, breakfast lacking in choice but correct.

    Just pay extra and go somewhere nicer. This is a low budget hotel that acts like they're something higher. Thats saying something since ive stayed at holiday inns and best westerns with better service. Woman at check in seemed like she had an atittude. Okay whatever, not my fault you dont like your job. Staying for 3 nights, but only gave me breakfast tickets for two nights. I guess ill deal since im not begging for tickets for instant eggs, soggy hashbrowns and some sausage. Also who has breakfast tickets in 2024? Breakfast area is very crowded. Breakfast is only open for 2 hours which.....lol. They don't clean your rooms during your stay which is them trying to save money. The woman serving food was very nice and didn't fault me for them not giving me enough tickets so im appreciative of that. Then they charge for early check in which is a first time practice for me as a frequent traveler. People have early flights why are you charging me extra (and essentially punishing me) for a room you're going to give me later anyway? Housekeeping staff is pleasant if you ask them for something while they aren't cleaning YOUR room. Ice machines here are awful. The floors either don't have them entirely or they flat out don't work, which is insane because who has time to play "can you guess who?" With ice machines. I tried 4 different floors before asking staff where a working ice machine was and they directed me to one that did which is insane. The rooms show a bit of age. Chipped bathtubs that could use resurfacing and discolored tiles. Im not above paying for quality. But what I got definitely didn't match what I paid. Edit: it seems the owner/manager has (selectively) responded. Just because you have a policy for something doesn't make it right. Having an early check in fee that is ~90% of the nightly rate is ludicrous and people should book elsewhere.

Hey Brandon, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I apologize that you had some problems with your stay. Firstly, I'd like to apologize on behalf of the team member who checked you in. Generally, the team is very welcoming and cordial. We expect nothing less from them despite what may be going on outside of work and in the personal life. I am also saddened that the less than warm welcome was exaggerated by being given the wrong amount of breakfast tickets. While on the subject, Our complimentary breakfast requires tickets to lessen the amount of people coming in off the street trying to receive a meal that they are not owned. Sounds surprising, I know, but it is the truth of the matter. Pertaining to the early check in fee, when you reserve your reservation the indicated check in time for that reservation is 3pm. The early check in fee is in place to both lessen the stress on the housekeeping department and to pay for the additional time in your room. The room rate you that you booked was for the agreed upon 21 hours in your room ( 3pm-12 noon ). Thank you again for your business and for your feedback. Regards,- Joe
