JC Radiators

This business has terrible customer service! I called them to get a quote on a radiator and the person starts screaming about how they are going to block my number because I called them twice, when the first time I called it went straight to voicemail. Obviously they dont care about their customers or the way they talk to them.

JC has been so amazing! Not only did they stick to our tight timeline, they restored our radiators to their original beauty. We can now see the ornamentation which was previously hidden behind many layers of paint. They dont make them like they used to, were so grateful for Jose and his team for restoring our radiators and ensuring they are not only gorgeous but also function properly. We have lived in our 1929 home for over 25 years enjoying wonderful radiant heat.  However, we have one upstairs room that is quite chilly.  The previous owner had removed the radiator.  We contacted JC Radiator and asked for assistance in finding a radiator to fit the spot.  After many emails, a radiator was found within their extensive inventory.  It was a perfect fit.  The radiator was delivered and moved into our home with an electric dolly.  An amazing device that whisked the 500-700 pound radiator right up the stairs with the assistance of two charming and professional installers.  Within an hour, the radiator was installed.  It appears original to our home.  Within minutes it was warm to the touch and the once chilly room was cozy.  Our thanks to JC Radiators for finding this radiator and flawlessly installing it.  Our second floor is now warm and comfortable.  We could not be happier.

We had 5 100-year-old radiators power-washed and powder-coated by Jose and his team, plus the installation of new valves. They look beautiful. It's very expensive--a bit more than $4,000 for the job--but more than half the price is transport. I didn't realize that radiators were so heavy, up to 1,000 lbs, so getting them out of and back into the house was no small feat. If you can transport them yourself, you can save a lot of money. Like I said, the work was expensive, but it made a huge difference; every room with a radiator looks a lot better now. Plus, you can choose basically any color for the powder coating. We chose a shimmering bronze that looks really nice with the trim in our place. It's been over a year now and the radiators still look amazing. Working with Jose was also a pleasure.
