NatruLux Organic Hair Studio/Salon Suites

I had booked an appointment for a haircut. The website itself had limited information on the option, but it allowed me to book anyway. I arrived at the salon, contacted the available number, and briefly spoke to the owner. I was redirected to the stylist who was to work on my head. She informed me that my booking was canceled in the last 24 hours. The cancelation wasn't confirmed with me at all. THERE IS NOTHING LISTED ON THEIR WEB SITE STATING THAT CLIENTS ARE TO RECEIVE A TEXT OR PHONE CALL CONFIRMATION PER APPOINTMENT, so i was under the impression that my appointment was booked . . I traveled all the way to the salon only to be turned back. The stylist was argumentative and made wanting to reschedule difficult. I will not be returning

I had the worst experience with NatruLux Organic Hair Studio. They wasted my time not once, but twice, and didn't even have the courtesy to inform me of a cancelled appointment. Their customer service is absolutely horrible, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. The first time I booked an appointment, they cancelled on me last minute because of water issues, which I understood, but I was encouraged and told to book the week later so I did. The second time was even worse. I showed up for my appointment and there was nobody there. I called over 20 times and nobody answered. I even stood outside for over 30 minutes, but still nobody showed up. Later, I found out they had cancelled my appointment without telling me. I couldn't believe it. I am extremely disappointed with NatruLux Organic Hair Studio's lack of professionalism and respect for their customers' time. They clearly don't care about their clients and don't have the decency to inform them of changes to their schedule.
