        Flowers ordered never came but our credit card got charged!? few phone calls went nowhere. We had to dispute the charge through credit card company. The delivery date was 2/13 and today is 14!

        New management - double the prices of what used to be and the quality went down. I know Everything is more expensive now, but it's ridiculous to pay 150$ for a few roses

        Order for pink tulips made Feb. 7th for Feb. 13th delivery. Email I have is proof. They 3rd partied (via Teleflorist) me to my local home town florist who received no such notice nor do they carry tulips!! No Valentine flowers w/ dispute-stop payment in line. Email of acknowledgement of Feb. 7th order tells the tale!! Sad
