Wonderful! I called last minute for 2 arrangements the same day and the woman who answered the phone was able to have 2 arrangements ready for me within the hour! So lovely and helpful! 10/10 would order again!

Ordered a last minute bouquet at 12pm to be ready same day. They close at 4:30, but I couldn't get there before closing. Maria was so accommodating, she waited for me and gave me 15min extra and brought the flowers out to the car. That is AMAZING customer service. The roses were full, high quality, vibrant, and gorgeous. I highly recommend this place.

I wanted to send flowers to a friend staying at a local Chicago hotel. There was a misunderstanding about my order. When I called back to straighten it out Maria was unbelievably wonderful. She insisted on redoing the order and delivering it herself to the hotel without charging a delivery fee. Good customer service these days is hard to come by, but Maria insisted on making me happy about my floral order. I will definitely use Jolie Fleur again, and I appreciate their professionalism.
