I called this location is actually closed: the response that they are online only is crazy. This is a bait and switch to try and get additional delivery sales plain and simple. If you need flowers downtown just go somewhere else rather then dealing with these tactics 2/14/24 Update: the retail location downtown on Jackson is closed; they need to update their website and business hours for that location. They offer online delivery services or pick-up options in Pilsen, but that's completely different than a brick & mortar in the downtown area. Make sure to call before placing an order.

This flower shop really has the best flowers you can have either for your loved ones or friends. I am so happy that I was able to get a bouquet of flowers from this shop, and I was able to get it at a very affordable price. I am sure that my wife will love this very much, and thanks to these guys for making it happen. GOOD JOB!

I think this is the best place to get really good flowers. Nice service, great quality of a flower. The florist made a great arrangement of the flowers, which was so impressive. She made the wrapping elegant and fancy. I was an awe of watching the beautiful flowers of this shop. What a great flower shop has been.
