The Perfect Blossoms

If there was less than one star, I would have checked it. My grandson who lives in Florida ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered on the 23rd of December. Was never delivered. I was disappointed that he wasted his money and he was disappointed that I did not get his Christmas gift. No call from them and their voicemail is full. Was not cheap…added $10.00 delivery on top of a $4.99 handling fee.

Can I give zero stars? Placed an order for same day delivery. Hasn't been delivered. No communication from shop. It's been 2 days. Unacceptable. They also do not answer the phone. Or respond to emails. Update: Tried calling several times, they either turned off their phone or blocked me. Calling the cops, reporting to BBB and Darien Chamber of Commerce. Another Update: 5 days after order. Finally got a response after TEXTING them! Ugh. Cancelled order. They don't deserve my money. Lesson learned. Always check reviews before ordering flowers.

Absolutely pathetic. Ordered Christmas bouquet on 12/22. Same day delivery. Never came. No communication from shop. Have called and emailed several times. Do NOT waste your time here. There needs to be a zero star option.

Do not waste your time and MONEY! I've placed the order 2.8.2021 for delivery on Friday 12th of February. It was a birthday gift. You know what? They delivered NEXT DAY!!!!! NEXT MOTHERFREAKING DAY!!!!!! SATURDAY! Nobody was there on Saturday!!!!! I filled out the form for Friday!!!!!! Not any other day!!!! BRING ME MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!! IDIOTS!!!!!! YOU HAVE RUINED MY CELEBRATION!!!!!!

I bought a midsize bouquet on Valentine's day for my wife. Too bad I didn't check if it was good in the store. After I brought it home and opened it, it turns out flowers are NOT FRESH at all! Some leaves were already dark and weak. All flowers were different length and many of them were poorly cut, like they were cut with a dull knife. Two days later, bouquet started to look more like an old broom. Definitely not going to be a returning customer.
