We will be having one of our first project with Carlisle installed in a few months, but so far customer service has been great. We have had a great experience with Alexandra Anderson, she is very helpful, communicative and informative. I highly recommend working with Alexandra if you will be working on a project any time soon.

Working with Carlisle has been a great experience. My flooring specialist was extremely helpful and always responded to me quickly with any questions I had. The logistics coordinator for delivery has been in contact multiple times to confirm delivery dates and location to ensure everything goes smoothly. Our flooring will be delivered in a few weeks and I can't wait to see it installed.

I am a Interior Designer and Carlisle Floors has a done a great job for me. I have used their engineered wood flooring in three large homes and the end result has been beautiful. They offer excellent communication, service and have a recommended installers who know how to properly perform the installation. I highly recommend Carlisle to anyone looking for a high-end wood floor in their home.
