Absolutely 100% DISRESPECTFUL. Never in my life have I been treated with such disrespect. They do not help whatsoever and just yell at you on the phone. DO NOT WAISTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

The lady at the phone, doesnt do a good customer service and was so rude. Didnt let me finish speaking, talk above me, yell, and was very unprofessional and disrespectful, I wouldnt recommend this place at all if they cant even respond nice im sure they wont care about your documents or work with you. This type of people shouldnt be able to do a interaction with the clients if they arent qualified or have manners.

I wrote them for info on verification services. What I got back was a poor response from a customer service rep with a bad attitude. Avoid at all costs.

I guess its my fault for randomly choosing them from the NACES member list.. Because clearly they dont check their members. Because if I would have taken the time to google them I would have chosen a different organization. The first report (evaluation) we received had the name of the original document spelled wrong, and instead of using either my maiden or my current name (although my maiden name was the only name on the original document we sent in to get evaluated) or indicating in any other way that my maiden name was Maiden name and my current Current name, they used Maiden CURRENT name in the Report. After sending them an email, they wrote back greetings... (felt a little bit like I was talking to a teenager instead of a legit organization) and told me they corrected the typo (turning a German word into a Spanish one doesnt seem much like a typo and l and r are not even close on the keyboard) they indicated Glock as my maiden name, so they corrected it but made it seem like they never made a mistake and didnt apologize at all for it instead they were rude and unprofessional. From both copies I sent them (diploma and translation), they only sent one back saying that they only send back originals, although both documents they received were copies. So instead of being unprofessional and handling it in such a manner, they could have just apologized for all of their mistakes instead of finding excuses for their bad work and it would have been fine, because mistakes happen. The first email we sent out was calm and it definitely could have been handled better. Just because youve been doing a job for xy amount of years doesnt stop you from making mistakes. Good customer service can be judged by how complaints are handled and mistakes are corrected. Acting like a teenager thats getting criticized is not good customer service.
