Dentologie - Lincoln Park

Just had my first visit. Enjoyed the space and people there. This time I only did my cleaning, but dentist suggested treatment plan with detailed explanations. I did not feel like they try to convince me to make any unnecessary and expansive procedures. What was super cool is having Friends TV show on the TV while they were doing cleaning, zero pain and inconvenience. I will continue doing my treatment here.

I had my dental appointment scheduled a week in advance. I waited an hour past my appointment for them to cancel. I had to pay for parking and still did not get seen. People came in after me and still were seen. I do not recommend. Im am really annoyed. This is very unprofessional.

they are so sweet !!! i dont love the dentist and they made it so comforting and talked me through everything!!! even got to watch the polar express :)

I went here because I didn't like my old dentist and they had an inside membership that was affordable for those who do not have insurance. BUT I was so pleasantly surprised, everyone was very professional and I had the longest discussion with the dentist about my teeth. It had to be 30 minutes. He was very helpful in explaining and showing me (with xrays and pictures) all about my teeth. We will see going forward but right now I am in!

Absolutely blown away at how great the experience was. It had been a few years since I was at the dentist, and Dr Chen was extremely helpful going over everything and how to be treated. Everything from the initial scans until I walked out the door was friendly, phenomenal, and the place is very modern and tech savvy.
