We had the pleasure of working with Matt Kelly and Bill Lussow on securing our current space as well as advocating for additional upgrades to our facility. They were diligent and thorough in guiding us an otherwise complicated process for securing the right space for our business size. Even after the ink dried on the contract, they continue to check in to ensure that should our business evolve, they remain ready to deploy their services to get us what we need. I'm grateful for their professionalism, and at this point, for their continued friendship. Would I recommend them to other businesses in need of commercial real estate? Absolutely and without question.

The lines of communication with Bespoke were open and transparent. We always felt assured that their staff was an extension of ours, and that they were acting - and negotiating - in our best interest. The result was a lease renewal agreement that was better than we could have managed alone.

We used Bespoke to renegotiate our existing lease on an industrial warehouse. Being a print manufacturer, we invested significant resources installing heavy machinery, upgrading the power, air-conditioning and humidity control. On top of being expensive to move the number of optional buildings to move into were very limited. I had used real-estate brokers in the past to negotiate new purchases/leases, but I didn't see the value in using one for renegotiating an existing lease. Bespoke promised us that they could bring us value, so i gave them the opportunity to prove themselves. We were not in a strong negotiating position based upon the tight marketplace and our special manufacturing requirements. We did however have a good reputation with the landlord, excellent credit rating and been in business for over 100 years. Bespoke was able to leverage our reputation to achieve concessions on rent, length of lease and expenses due to building maintenance and upgrades. Bespoke understood what was important to the landlord and to us the tenant. Because of their knowledge of the marketplace, they were able to negotiate concessions that I would have been unable to negotiate myself. Not only they did they bring us value, but they also conducted themself with the most professional mannerisms. I highly recommend Rob Sullivan and Bill Lussow at Bespoke.
