        Was initially helpful when we scheduled for recurring visits. No one has come by in 2 weeks though (missing 4 visits) and after texting, calling, and leaving multiple voicemails still hasnt responded. Our card was still charged even though no services were provided. Be cautious. ***ALSO the owners response to this review is extremely rude & unprofessional. As mentioned above, we tried to reach out 5+ times to get serviced without any response. It was to the point my partner and I thought they went out of business. You cant claim a review as being false if its what actually happened. Rather than trying to resolve the issue, I was essentially told nothing will change because we dont know who you are. Sharing my experience with this company is not lying on a small business and personally attacking a paying customer by condescendingly saying youre a super great human being isnt a good look either. Do better. ****Cancelled services and FINALLY heard back from someone. The owner threatened to have their attorney contact me for defamation if I didnt state that. So here you go :).

        I usually don't write reviews, but this company is great! Louis is always responsive and reliable. He goes the extra mile by leaving treats for my dogs after each visit. They make it easy to work with them, and they always keep my yard clean for my pets!

      All of our scoopings are have pictures of your yard that are dated, timed and gps stamped..please call, text, web chat or email us before writing a fasle review..we can atleast defend ourselves and show u attorney and bbb approved proof of service and if you're not at all happy with service we can cancel your account/service but I'm guessing u wont..btw u will continue to get billed and receive service since we have no clue who u are...maybe use email, text, webchat if we are too busy with phone calls, can't make it much easier than that..thank u for lying on a small business though..youre a super great human being*also still no contact..no email, no text, no webchat, no call..only bad reviews on multiple platformsIts quite obvious u are or work for a competitor..again you're a great human being, a real winner*update yes we are incredibly glad u figures out how to use a webchat after calling in and realizing sometimes we get busy and you're not the only person in this world..your entitled is showing..we resolved this issue and your account/service is now canceled..thank u for the review
