Most caring, compassionate and professional office. Dr Lori adjusted me and I immediately felt relief from a two week headache radiating to my neck and arm. Looking forward to my next visit on Friday. I can see why Dr Portnoy was voted number 1 in Chicago!

I have been going to Dr Lori Pourtnoy for over 20 years. Having been in the hospitality industry for 20+ years and 10 in the real estate business, I am always on the move. I can honestly say I would not be able to move around as well as I do without her. I have friends who always complain on how much pain they are in. People, if your having back problems, please go see a chiropractor! If you in Chicago then please go see Dr Lori! Final note, Yesenia and her crew are so hospitable. Whether insurance question (or cash payments) or setting up an appointment, they treat you like family.

I didn't have a good experience here. Even though I had an appointment I had to sit there for a half hour (not including the time to fill out my form) for a couple of walk-in's in a lot of pain. I finally got in and had an x-ray, and wanted a copy, so I took a couple of pictures on my phone. She tried rushing me out probably so I couldn't get them or to get me out so she could get to the other walk-ins. Then, instead of spending some time with me and really helping me she wanted me to come back a few times a week for several months with a half hour or so drive each way still in pain. I really felt like she was taking advantage of my insurance to maximize her profits. I never went back. I found someone else who was really more interested in my well being and my sciatic problems were much better after a single visit for a half hour.
